Love the characters and the plot. Struggle slightly with occasional dialog that seems out of place and some of the physical descriptions (the dresses and the mantle clock, in particular). This is the first book in a series, so while I found the end satisfactory, many loose ends remain. I would like to point out how much I appreciate that this author knows how to use the phrase "much less," as in "The apartment assigned Amira was ten times more luxurious than anything she had ever seen before, much less lived in." I have been seeing it used in the reverse lately and it drives me crazy! 4.5☆
I came across this author on FB sharing some videos about writing. I was intrigued and settled on starting this book. Before the week was out, I had completed all 7 books of the series. I loved the characters, the magic, the journeys, and was captivated by the tale. I highly recommend! 😍

Due to a miscommunication with my friend's husband, I had to contact customer support and ask them to change which book in the series I bought to avoid duplicates. Christian was great and now my friend can dive into the wonderful world of Daindreth's Assassin with the complete series at her fingertips.

So I derped hard and didn’t read the size description and got a surprise, but that’s genuinely a me problem. Lovely quality sticker and attaches without bubbles or raised edges.
I love the book goblin concept more than the book dragon. Enjoy all the videos and the stickers make a great coffee cup decoration.
