PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
ORDER PROCESSING:
Team work makes the dream work, and we have a three-part team that helps get your books, stickers, t-shirts, mugs, and other merch to you.
Signed books and Book Goblin stickers
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order! Expect an email within 2-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way! Right now, orders for signed books and Book Goblin stickers are about 3-7 business days.
Non-signed paperbacks and hardcovers
Non-signed books can take up to 3-7 business days to process. Non-signed books are stocked at multiple warehouses in the US and United Kingdom, so shipping costs will be 20% - 70% lower than signed books for European and Commonwealth readers (versus shipping costs for signed books).
Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days once shipped for United States orders and within 20 business days for international orders.
T-shirts, Mugs, Hoodies, and other merch

At this time, we are only able to provide most Book Goblin merch to Australia and New Zealand,
Book Goblin stickers are available to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the entire European Union.
International orders typically arrive within 20 business days of ship date.
Your order might be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. While we do our best to make sure all VAT is paid ahead of time, we are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they will be your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. For digital products (eBooks and audiobooks) please reach out to support@elisabethwheatley.com for a full refund.
