Daindreth's Assassin (AUDIOBOOK BUNDLE)

This should be 3.5 stars rather than 3.
Really enjoying the story so far (halfway through Outlaw). The world building feels natural, and I'm invested in both the romance and adventure(?) aspects of the story.
The narration (so far) is quite stilted and does not flow naturally, and I assume that's because Elisabeth is a writer and not a voice actor. I'm not always a fan of the voices that she does, but I do appreciate differentiating the characters with voices.
And finally, if you're going to lift words directly from living languages, it feels disrespectful not to pronounce that word correctly as in its original language (I also hold this opinion very strongly about a certain popular dragon romantasy series).

I loved the story and the voices! Very high quality audio and the acting was phenomenal! Worth the purchase!

I love the story, it is engaging and fun!
The Audiobook quality is somewhat lacking however. Over all it was read very slowly, more so than even I prefer (I'm not one to speed up audio usually), but not evenly so. When listening at increased speeds sometimes you lose words because they were read faster than the rest of the words and being sped up makes them kinda skip.
The editing seems to have also been somewhat neglected, as there are many places where a sentence was started, then restarted and the overlap not edited out.
I do realize the author has done all the narration herself and I don't intend this to be overly critical!
I do know sometimes things like this interfere with ones ability to immerse themself in the story, so I want to give a candid review for those it might affect.
